Influencer Management : Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. 2. Offline Activities Coordination : Organize and manage offline events or activities involving influencers, such as pop-up store events, brand events, or product launch parties. 3. Content Collaboration : Work directly with influencers to create engaging online content that aligns with brand objectives. 4. Livestream Management : Livestream on the company's or KOL/KOC TikTok and Shopee channel 5. Campaign Execution : Oversee and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet goals and deliverables. 6. Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics to assess impact and ROI. 7. Influencer Network Expansion : Continuously expand the network of influencers by identifying and connecting with new potential collaborators. 8. Feedback and Reporting : Provide regular feedback to influencers and prepare reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Experience in influencer marketing, particularly in managing and collaborating with influencers. - Have knowledge about make-up & skincare - Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns, both online and offline. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer engagement strategies. - Excellent communication skills for effective influencer outreach and relationship management. - Creative abilities to collaborate on content creation that resonates with target audiences. - Organizational skills to coordinate and manage offline influencer events and activities. - Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI. - Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers and content creators. - Innovative and proactive approach in identifying and engaging with new influencers. - Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and influencer landscape. - Team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work closely with other marketing and communication teams. - Working experienced in cosmetic company is a plus
