Innovation Project Management & AI Champion

Role Purpose

Lead internal innovation projects and act as an AI Champion to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. This role combines project management, AI use case discovery, hands-on solution exploration, and technical enablement, overseeing tech support operations (prompting skills, tools, licenses) following FY26 strategic innovation workstream plan.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Internal Project Management

- Plan, execute, and monitor internal innovation projects (AI adoption, automation, AI development, Low-code & No-code projects).

- Manage scope, schedule, measurement, quality, risk, and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare project reports and updates for leadership.

B. AI Champion & Use Case Lead

- Facilitate use case intake workshops on Champion Meet-up Meeting; evaluate and prioritize AI/GenAI opportunities.

- Conduct hands-on POCs using GenAI Chat, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio...

- Develop and maintain prompt libraries, prompt engineering guidelines, and reusable templates.

- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and internal governance frameworks.

C. Technical Support & Tools Management

- Oversee prompting skill development and provide guidance to internal users.

- Manage AI tools, licenses, and access control (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform).

- Coordinate with champions, IT and vendors for license renewals, provisioning, and troubleshooting.

D. Team Leadership & Enablement

- Supervise and mentor a small team for Tech Support, Innovation Lab.

- Organize training sessions, office hours, and enablement programs for employees.

- Collect feedback, measure adoption, and continuously improve internal AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management (preferably in technology or innovation projects).

• Proven experience with AI/automation POCs or deployments.

• Knowledge of PMBOK or Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Power BI.

• Familiarity with license management and tech support processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Master, Azure AI Fundamentals, Power Platform.

• Preferred Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, ISO 42001/NIST AI RMF.

• Experience managing small teams and technical operations.
