- Service existing customers right from getting order till closing the sale.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Develop projects and have new win to growing up-sales and cross-sales.
- Finding new prospect and develop new customers.
- Develop successfully high potential customers and transfer to the respective BU.
- Keep records of calls and sales and other useful information in CRM.
- Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience : 2 years-experience in Sales Support/Sales Representative in distribution companies
Others : as follows;
§ Fluent in English (4 skills: writing, speaking, listening and reading)
§ Good computer skills e.g. practical knowledge of MS Office
§ Enthusiastic individual with customer service mindset
§ Effective customer communication and interpersonal skills
§ Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues, address complaints, and handle rejection.
§ Ability to understand and analysis the sale data to have right strategies for developing the business
§ Ability to organize workload and the capacity to execute multi-task.
§ Highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to work flexibly, quickly, and accurately to tight deadlines.
§ High responsibility and proactivity
