Mô Tả Công Việc
Coordinate internally and externally in regards of all services the company can provide to the customer in order to build long term relationships with customers;
Management and maintenance of customer related information such as customer material descriptions, price conditions, specs on items sold, delivery plans etc. in and outside of the ERP
Developing new prospects, researching various published sources to create list of prospects to contact for marketing purposes;
Creating and managing documents: Contracts, Quotations, Order Confirmation, CO-CQ
Managing customer data & Sales data on SAP system – ensure transparency of data and
generating/ analyzing sales data upon request.
Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers;
Order placement, backorder management, scarcity reporting and follow ups
Customer complaint handling
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable
Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives
Compliance to ISO & OHSAS
Other tasks assigned by company

Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
A hands-on result oriented individual, capable of getting things done timely and under pressure
Proficiency with office software,
Experience with SAP (or comparable ERP Systems) preferred
Knowledge in logistics and trading
Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible
Team work spirit
Good English oral and written skills
Good service attitude & soft skill
Strong business acumen
Good health condition
