We are currently looking for an Insights Analyst in Vietnam who will act as insights product development, bring in the upgraded features for insights reports, formulate into process and template for the insights team to perform and sales team to cater to market; conducts a deep analysis of data and research for client reports; completes regular reports; works closely with the Insights team to ensure consistent quality of reports, and ensures that changes to the project briefs/ matrix are updated accordingly.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand, locate and explore issues and trends through researching media coverage on different brands and topics. Good understanding of mainstream media and mass communication.
Formulate and develop customised media analysis, and communications evaluation strategies and research approaches, based on specific client requirements.
Strong analytical skills since the work will involve large amounts of data. Conduct timely research in response to specific requests (data collection, summarise, analyse and synthesise relevant data and information).
Good statistics and analytics to manage analysis projects in order to meet committed report delivery deadlines (and maximise revenue and account retention targets). Strong mathematical skills to determine the level of demand or need for specific types of goods or assess statistical data for projections about trends.
Effectively manage the entire process of analysis projects, including resource planning and management, to ensure that final deliverables are submitted to the clients in good quality and in a timely manner.
Collaborates with the Insights team members to find solutions, latest technologies/tools (including charts), and/or better methodologies. Develop insightful category reports and effective solutions for statistics/analytics.
Shares ideas and techniques on simplifying work processes and report production. Work with teams with dynamic cultural backgrounds internally and externally to understand client needs and ensure deliverables are up to clients’ expectations.
Attend client meetings upon request, and be capable of presenting reports in English/Vietnamese. Strong communication skills to be able to provide meaningful and logical reports to other business departments.
Observes processes that are required to engage various stakeholders, ie. any booking protocols required.
Creates and maintains documentation that relates to each project. Escalates problems, issues, and/ or delays to the relevant stakeholders appropriately, and in a timely manner.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University degree, preferably in Media, Marketing & Communications, Business, Economics or Social Sciences.
At least 1 year experience in a relevant industry such as Media, Marketing, Research, Business, Social Sciences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Designing skills, fanpage administration skills are big plus.
Strong analytical writing skills in data management and analysis. Ability to collect, organise and disseminate large amounts of information in a highly effective manner through a variety of communication channels.
A self-starter and fast learner with an analytical mind and strong reporting, writing, and editing skills. Ability to quickly gain detailed (industry) knowledge in different industries.
Fluent in English (writing & listening), with a flair for writing a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, with cross-cultural teams, and with external parties.
