PART I: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSTALLATION:
A. Planning & Budgeting:
1. Apply the company strategic planning process.
2. Implement efficiency budget guidelines and targets in alignment with the company strategy planning.
3. Manage installation & QA/QC methods & processes to grant top quality and cost effective installation
4. Analyze, plan, assess and optimize all the resources to achieve the goals of market share, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
B. Supervision:
5. Promote, motivate and coordinate direct activities of the Engineers and Supervisors to deliver the Zeit overall business objectives.
6. Actively manage, develop and coach staff (quality, efficiency, customer orientation, problem solving, site difficulties, products technicalities...etc.) in accordance with Zeit standards
7. Analyze root causes for business deviations, set up and follow corrective actions
8. Planning the needs of the workforce, work load and training.
9. Fulfill the budget goals and the key measurements with the Korean Managers
C. Fulfillment:
10. Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations assembly.
11. Supervise the execution of work, materials, assemblies and documentation.
12. Supervising achieving the targets of the installation (number of hours invested, quality of installation, protocol and proper handover & Customer satisfaction.
13. Ensure that handover the elevators/ escalators on time and properly
14. Work close to Architects, Consultants, Promoters, Owner, Government Technical Officers, Engineering Services Companies and other prescriptions to ensure that Zeit Standards are included in the main current/future projects
15. Facilitate and ensure the implementation of all the norms and processes
16. Manage product-related quality issues, assuring the execution and completion of the claims including the collection of relevant information necessary to submit valid material claims.
17. Manage contracts after order release and to ensure collection of related payments including follow-up actions.

PART II: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICE & MAINTENANCE:
1. Responsible for the Elevator or Escalator Maintenance Service business within the designated area
2. Manage all resources in line with Zeit values and policies to sustainably develop the Service business by exceeding customer expectations
3. Safety – Goal: Zero Workplace & Passenger Injury
- Actively implement, drive, promote, monitor and manage safety in compliance with Zeit directives and guidelines (Employee Safety & Product Safety) as well as employment legislation
- Ensure compliance with Incident reporting guidelines of any major Equipment failures, Product Safety Incidents and/or Near misses on site according to company procedures and legislation
- Ensure compliance in required quantity/quality of toolbox talks/safety walks/ safety inspections
- Manage the timely completion of Periodic Safety Inspections and any corrective actions to strictly ensure Zeit’s high product safety level
4. Volume Growth & Profitability – Goal: Meet yearly target
- Manage all business activities in the designated area within budget to ensure reliability, costs and profitability meet the yearly target. Work together with Contract Manager to ensure the timely conversion of all equipment from free maintenance to paying portfolio; the successful renewal of Maintenance contracts with price increase where necessary to leverage increases in labor and material cost; recover lost Maintenance contracts from the market
- Plan and optimize the staffing needs in the designated area, including route organization and workload allocation to continuously improve fulfilment effectively and efficiency
5. Customer Satisfaction – Goal: Be preferred Elevator Service Provider
- Develop and maintain Relationship with Customers to understand their needs and expectations and solve any arising issues to ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure fulfilment and customer satisfaction Maintenance and Quality improvement
- Actively drive systematic Breakdown reduction program in coordination with Technical Installation Department and Engineering Team of factory to continuously improve Portfolio reliability and performance and improve maintenance efficiency
- Schedule & ensure correct and timely implementation of the required actions of the company
6. People Development – Goal: “Zeit technical skills best in the Industry”
- Actively drive the technical and non-technical development of Service team
to ensure all work is conducted according to established procedures and work instructions to enlighten the customer
- Close gaps and develop competency of the service team

• Professional experience:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Service industry, preferably of industrial/engineering goods
