- Manage and lead a group of equity sales traders responsible for smooth dealing and timely buying and selling of equities for clients to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations
- Build up a close and trusted relationship with clients.
- Execute trade orders
- Prepare and sending reports
- Gain information from sales staff about client issues and work on solutions
- Propose, resolve to improve the operational activities beneficial for company

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Securities, Finance, Banking, etc
- Have knowledge in Securities and Finance industries
- Minimum years of experience: 2 years
- Experience with trading system includes Bloomberg terminal, Omgeo, Horizon and Microsoft office users
- Strong English writing and communication
- High standards of personal integrity and professionalism
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to persuade, good behavior, good communication, good job handling
- Ability to work in teams and work independently
- Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
- Have knowledge in Securities and Finance industries
- Minimum years of experience: 2 years
- Experience with trading system includes Bloomberg terminal, Omgeo, Horizon and Microsoft office users
- Strong English writing and communication
