D2C Instore Training Senior Specialist

[Customer Training Management]

Develop and produce educational content on Samsung products and services

Facilitate educational programs and events for Samsung products and services

Deliver customer faced one on one covering all Samsung technology-based subjects

[Instore Training Management]

Ensure all staffs are fully trained on product & required skills (customer service, soft skills)

Deliver daily internal workshops covering product, soft skills and hobbies/Interests

Coordinate and deliver Samsung store induction process

Provide daily observations on team members performance surrounding the Samsung store customer journey and all service touchpoints

- Bachelor degree of marketing /business administration or equivalent.

- 2+ year relevant work experience in training for Well-known companies in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics/Hospitality...

- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

- English communication skills, able to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
