Insurance Placement Manager - Quản Lý Nghiệp Vụ Bảo Hiểm (Must Have Insurance Experience)

- Build and develop a good connection/partnership with insurance partners (insurance companies) in the market - Study related law and regulations requirements and insurance market trends to build suitable insurance products/packages - Communicate and liaise with the insurer and policyholder (potential partner) to finalize the insurance product based on the need of commercial team; - Propose and develop all necessary contracts/agreements with insurance partners; - Placing daily insurance acceptances as prospects come from the commercial team, with various changes up to bind/close and renewal process in the following year; - Participate in building strategy and plan of insurance products of the Company.

- Graduated from University majoring in Insurance, Finance, Banking or related fields; - Understand of the insurance market. Have knowledge of insurance law.; - Have at least 3 years of experience in underwriting in the insurance industry; - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of insurance principles, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in computer software applications, including spreadsheets, databases, and underwriting software - Fluent English
