Job Description

- Project management:
• Lead export project as focal contact point to implement new export products to Affiliates.
• Provide service for import project for IMS new imports product development from Affiliates.
• Maintain good rapport and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Execution: Plan and achieve project management by:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time.
• Closely co-ordinate with stakeholder to align project timeline, responsibility and follow up for project milestone finish
on time.
• Coordinate the agreement between producing markets and receiving markets in all aspects for until finished 1st
shipment without no failure
• Minimize risk impact to the projects, evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions making process at
Export/Import Customers.
• Coordinate to provide necessary information for Key Decision Makers for decisions on products, financial, regulation,
and any constraint issues.
• Maintain Customer, vendor and stock code in SAP.
• Ensure compliance are maintained during project execution, ect: Product Brief, IMS complaints handling. for 1st
shipment
- New product development:
• Manage for new inquiries /customers in cooperating with Zone SC in order to maximize the utilization of production
capacity.
• Engage in Marketing activity to improve export volume and value to Affiliates.
• Work with business mindset to support Export/Import customer and expand export business.
• Track sales volume of current export customer routinely to monitor and gain insight of export business.
• Preliminary analyze supply capability to launch new product based on Zone and project owner requirement.
• Provide recommendation, information to both internal and external customers when starting new import and export products study.
- Customer service:
• Ensure capability to achieve targeted Customer Service Levels to external and internal customers
• Get customers feedback for improvement in order to increase customer satisfaction
- Excellence improvement: engage continuously to optimize workload shorten lead time, increase efficiency for team.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain area in a FMCG industry, or at least GMNC
• Experience in Import/Export Supply Chain project management is an additional advantage
• University degree in (International) Business Administration
• Customer Service Skills and Business Skills mindset
• Innovation and Renovation projects
