Interior Designer

Job Description:

For our upcoming projects we are recruiting Interior Designer with solid experience in hospitality design. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• To work as part of a team to initiate and develop concepts from starting point through to be built reality

• To visualize design ideas in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, and/or other suitable media.

• To prepare presentations and hold coordination meetings with clients and other consultants

• To work with the 3D Visual Team to develop a concept sketch into a developed 3D design.

• To be able to produce detail drawings for production of the interiors.

• To specify suitable and international standard material finishes.

Job Requirement:

• Years of experience:

- Senior post : at least 6 years or above

- Junior post : at least 2 years or above

• Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in Interior Design

Qualities & skills required:

• Good concept design skills and ability to bring the concept into detail design.

• Good written and oral communication skills (English) – mandatory

• Initiative and strong design interest, to help current design team.

• Knowledge about Vietnamese building code and building regulations

• Good knowledge of international hospitality design. Having a good understanding of the necessary requirements.

• Solid experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop.

• Good at 3D design skill is a plus

• Should be self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.

• Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Competence in organizational support, react well under pressure.
