Mô Tả Công Việc
- Liaise with Design & PDD team to provide inputs during the Design and Project development: constructability, Feasibility, Value Engineering/ Alternative Material Proposal, Evaluation off Fit-out Contractors, Support to input in Standardization / Bench mark for Project Standards (Hi-End, Premium and Privileged sectors)
- Engineering works: Show Drawings, Material, Method Statements, As Built Drawings - Review & Approval
- At Site:
+ Supervise the work of ID Fit-out Contractors
+ Clash Detection and resolution with MEP team
+ Liaise with Civil, Structural and Arch. PM to handover areas for Fit-out works as per the program
+ Follow-up on Material Delivery
+ Conduct factory visits during production and before shipment
+ Ensure correct sequence of works at site
+ Ensure quality of works
+ Snagging & De-snagging of works + Handover

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: BA level degree or higher in Interior design
- Good technical knowledge of fit out finishes, materials and detailing
- Relevant experience in interior design of Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects
- Proficient in commonly used application software (AutoCAD, photoshop)
- Knowledge in Revit software (BIM) is an advantage
- Proficient in common application software (Power point, Excel..etc)
- Demonstrated capability to think strategically and execute tactically
- A flexible, self-driven and a proactive individual able to understand the nature of the work and prioritize according to schedule and deadlines
