• Key benchmark
- Research interior firms that have experience in Vietnam or other Asian countries
- Preparation of design and construction order
- Investigation of companies, ready of related documentation (area calculation, schedule arrangement, etc.)
• Writing RFP (Request for proposals)
- Review work scope, schedule, cost, manpower, etc.
- Managing Design firm (Domestic and Foreign)
- Deliver excellent mood boards and concepts for projects
- Review design including planning, elevation, section, details, color, material, etc.
- Review other works such as interior lighting, graphic, display, fixture and furniture, equipment, etc.
• Writing a report related to the design of consultants to make a decision
- Participate in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating quality and progress.
• On-site inspection (drawing approval, material inspection, etc.) / Review design changes
- Undertake and be responsible to guide and deliver the project information to the design team to ensure all information and design issues are updated as per requirement; ensure maintain the comprehensiveness and completeness of the project details as well as design documentation throughout the project.
- Management for the tenant.
• Budget Management
- Control the interior-related costs incurred based on the approved budget.
• Other tasks as required by the line manager

• At least 3 years of experience in architecture/interior field
• Have sound knowledge and skills in furniture maintenance and repair services
• Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
• Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Be careful and timely at work
• Have a cooperative spirit, and highly responsible and trustworthy
