Interior QS Staff Cum Site Engineer (CV In English)

• Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities.

• Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.

• Tender Preparation.

• Evaluation quotations and estimates.

• Keep abreast with the market material price.

• General correspondence.

• Searching subcontractors and suppliers.

• Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirement in terms of specifications and quality.

• Plan the related construction works and reports on progress.

• Prepare and maintain related project documentation.

• Be required to be a representative of the firm in meetings with clients, authorities and sub-contractors. As such, a sound understanding of Vietnamese Building Standards is also essential.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• University Degree in Interior

• At least 03 years of experience in estimator working of Interior and at site

• Have knowledge about interior material

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or estimation

• Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word

• Intermediate English Skills

• Experience in interior design company

• Experience working with Japanese people

• Able to respond flexibly

• Only accept CV in English
