Internal Audit - Senior Specialist

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits for PMH Corp and its subsidiaries.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) is preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
