Internal Auditor - HCM (Kiểm Toán Viên Nội Bộ - HCM)

Performing internal audit activities as per assignment

- Prepare personal plan at week, month, year based on job and KPI to be assigned

- Report job performance and KPI to Head of IAD

- Identify risks and make annual audit plan.

- Conduct scheduled/ unscheduled audits related to credit and other activities (accounting, cashiering, international banking, cards, IT…) at the Units at Indovina Bank

- Identify and assess mistakes /risks, thereby offering solutions to relevant units to limit/reduce mistakes /risks;

- Making detailed reports to submit to team leader and taking responsibility on the preciseness and righteousness of audit reports

- Checking and monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations.

- Export, analyze, total up, update data for periodic monitoring and audits as planned /upon request /under the direction of the BOC, Head of IAD

- Support to make and deploy tools, software and utility programs to support audit work

- Prepare reports and doing other tasks as per assignment by the BOCs or Head of IAD

- Male/ Female graduated with Bachelor’s degree and above in one of the following fields: economics, business administration, law, accounting, auditing

- Good knowledge in banking laws and banking activities; good moral qualities.

- Good skills of communication, teamwork, problem solving, and writing reports.

- Good skills in collecting, analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing information.

- Honesty, prudence, objectivity; compliance with professional ethics

- Experience: at least 02 years of experience in banking, finance, auditing. Experience in internal audit, internal control, credit appraisal, Corporate Banking RM is preferred.

- English: fluent; good reading and writing skills.
