- Coordinator with HR and design team. Lead internal events preparation and organization.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
- Plan, edit and write content for different communications mediums
- Story board or translate ideas to the creative team (MKT & External Communication)
- Use social media to communicate with staff internally
- Deliver presentations at internal events. Be able to present Messer Company to guests.
- Draft messages or scripts from GD for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.
2. GD Assistant:
- Organize schedule for guests meeting and visits.
- Assist GD for translation and note record during meetings.
- Prepare contracts/document signature, maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Link with chamber of commerce and external networking contacts
- Handle confidential documents ensuring remain secured.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have a dynamic, creative, and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English. Good at Chinese is preferred.
- Good writing and speaking skills.
- Experienced in internal communication coordinator is preferred.
- Be integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (ERP)
