We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Internal Communications Lead, who will take responsibilities as but not limited to followings:
- Establish an monthly, quarterly, annually internal communications plan in conjunction with CEOs;
- Maintain and enhance existing internal communication channels and formats (newsletter, town halls, intranet sites, videos, internal announcement,...);
- Manage and be responsible for the internal communication activities on the company's official online and offline channels and ensure to deliver the right messages through the correct channels;
- Lead and coordinate to organize internal events that synchronize with Gear Inc's culture;
- Lead and manage internal communication tasks and ensure all internal events running as plans;
- Create ideas and lead engagement activities to engage employees;
- Ensures all of projects are completed within desired budget, schedule and quality limits;
- Perform other HR duties as needed including special projects as; assigned by CEOs and HR Manager.

- Excellent written and speaking English skills
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in the same position;
- Experience of working productively with a senior management team;
- Creative thinking skills to generate new ways of engagement;
- Self-directed; the ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups;
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
