- The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Give ideas, make plans and organize internal events in order to connect employees;
- Be in charge of updating, designing and editing internal publications, media materials;
- Plan and manage the day-to-day activities for our internal media and event strategies in order to build a community around our goal of the company morale improvement;
- Cooperate with Internal Communications Executives in other offices to implement synchronized internal events efficiently and effectively;
- Create and distribute quarterly newsletters;
- Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communications strategy to increase levels of employee engagement;
- Be an active listener, catch up with all team members to understand if there are any queries, issues or feedback; then report to the management team to promptly resolve them;
- Support other activities regarding employer branding, company events, etc.;
- Perform other tasks assigned by HR manager;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Degree, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, communications, advertising or similar;
- At least 1 year of experience working as the related position;
- Good at English;
- Active and creative person;
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter;
- Familiarity with social media tools;
- Strong networking, relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
- Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;
- Experienced in graphic design is a strong plus;
- Being interested in sports, physical exercise, mobile game, gamenight is a plus;
