Overview:

We are seeking a driven International Accounting Specialist to join our growing Ho Chi Minh accounting and finance team. In this role, you will handle international books, manage invoicing for software and managed services related to eCommerce, and audit accounts from cloud service providers and email providers. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on global operations while staying close to home. Your Responsibilities:

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.

Handle accounts receivable, issue invoices, and manage invoicing for software and eCommerce managed services.

Audit accounts from cloud service providers and email providers.

Send out friendly invoices, answer customer questions, and assist in properly describing the services worked on and billing.

Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company guidelines.

Ensure the accuracy of financial data in databases, making information readily available.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Support accounting projects for both international entities.

Your Skills:

Proven experience as an accountant.

Experience preparing invoices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong proficiency with numbers and an analytical mindset.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
