Job description
1. To lead and manage the B2B Sales department - Develop and communicate company strategy and strategic KPIs/MWBs - Coordinate the process around departmental strategies, goals and objectives. Liaise with group management on adopting group strategy - Make and execute annual or periodical action plan and budget (operation, personnel, purchasing) - Lead and manage BD team and team culture - Develop performance indicators, implement, monitor and evaluate staff performance - Manage staff recruitment, selection and arrangement/staffing - for direct reports & staff - Promote a client and service mindset across the organization - Prepare and monitor departmental budget - Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan/strategy 2. To manage and promote BD activities (including signing sales contracts and managing sales volumes) - Oversee lead generation activities - Approach potential clients through agreed channels - Advice Business Development Executive throughout the onboarding process - Negotiate & close contracts with clients 3. To develop and maintain key accounts - Develop & execute key account plans - Conduct upselling activities - Set-up and maintain CRM system - Address client concerns 4. Other professional support tasks - Prepare & get the contracts signed - Support Finance in chasing & collect overdue payments - Collect and consider data for volume forecast/budgets and liaise with related departments for planning resources & operations - Organize & maintain sales info & data system (online sales records, contracts & files) - Lead relevant projects And other tasks as necessary and required for company business
Job requirements
- University Degree (Master preferable) in Economics, Business, Trade - Knowledge of international sales, int'l legal framework, CRM, different cultures, strategic management - Knowledge of marketing - Knowledge of digital/online sales - Knowledge of the real estate industry - Sales & marketing skills - Negotiation skills - Contractual skills - Influencing skills - Strategic thinking skills - Planning and Delegation skills - Motivation skills - Coaching and mentoring skills - Communication skills (presentation . . .) in English (Vietnamese is a plus) - Interpersonal & people skills - Problem-solving skills - Demonstrate 6 core values of Esoft (Open, Care, Credibility, Quality, Passionate, Creative thinker) - Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in int'l Sales - International exposure is an advantage - Interest in photography is an advantage - Management experience from a +30 mio USD company is an advantage
