Position Overview
The International Branding & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in adapting and executing the company’s global brand strategy across multiple international market. Responsible for building and executing global branding and marketing strategies for a premium plush toy product line. Target markets: Germany, UK, EU countries, and Asia. The role combines brand positioning, product development coordination, international marketing execution, cultural adaptation, and digital brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and implement international brand identity for plush toys.
• Adapt brand storytelling to align with cultural preferences in Europe and Asia.
• Conduct competitor and market research in target regions.
2. Product Development
• Follow up and support factory to make samples/products according to brand concept.
• Ensure product design, materials, and quality match brand positioning.
• Track product development timeline and coordinate approvals between design, factory, and management.
• Provide feedback on prototypes and packaging to align with branding.
3. International Marketing Campaigns
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, trade fairs, influencers, B2B channels).
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners in Germany, UK, EU, and Asia.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI across regions.
4. Content & Creative Development
• Oversee creation of catalogs, social media visuals, packaging, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure brand guidelines remain consistent across languages and markets.
• Work with creative teams to adapt content for local audiences.
5. Market Expansion & Partnerships
• Build relationships with trade fairs, agents, distributors, and retailers.
• Support product launches, events, and brand activations in target markets.
• Explore licensing and co-branding opportunities.
6. Digital & E-Commerce Branding
• Manage international online presence (Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, etc.).
• Optimize SEO/SEM for multi-language campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital PR.
7. Analysis & Reporting
• Track brand performance with KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, sales).
• Provide regular market insights for management decision-making.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in international marketing, brand management, or product development.
• Strong knowledge of European and Asian consumer markets.
• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, toy, or consumer goods industries preferred.
• Excellent communication in English (German or another EU/Asian language is an advantage).
• Strong project management skills, especially in product development and timeline control.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, automation).
