As the Marketing & Sales Manager – Myopia Control Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for OrthoCyl and Paragon CRT across international markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Business Development & Distribution: Identify, approach, and build partnerships with international distributors and agents to expand global presence.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to strengthen brand awareness and product demand.
• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with eye care professionals, clinics, hospitals, and key clients.
• Product Launch & Training: Organize product launches and deliver regional training programs for partners and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitors; provide strategic insights, sales forecasts, and performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Mandatory Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Healthcare, Medical Equipment Engineering, Import-Export Management or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development. Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Male candidates only
• Languages:
+ Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
+ Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Additional Requirements:
+ Preferred Experience:
• Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, working as a Medical Representative or holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Optometry are strongly preferred.
• Experience in developing and establishing agency/distributor networks abroad is a strong plus.
+ Travel: Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job.
+ Key Skills:
• Strong passion for sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Professional, proactive, and responsible working attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

WORKING TIME:
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Saturday (including a 1.5-hour lunch break)
