Job description

1. Dealer Management - Existing Dealer - Production Scheduling with Logistics Part - OP Simulation for Export shipment - Checking payment from Dealers - Set up Sales strategy and plan for direct countries - Offer New SKU to Dealers - Analyse market situation by SAT, SCM, Market tour, PAR, Market visit, competitor analysis, etc - Visit Dealer's countries . Dealer's salesmen training, promotion, distribution & display contest, ect - Claim damaged product (dealer & factory) (if have) 2. Dealer Management - New Dealer - Finding New Dealers in the market - Introduction of our company / products - Meeting with Dealers by Online or Offline - Send samples - Offer / Nogotiate Price with Dealers - Making the contract with Dealers 3. New Market Research - Find New countries not enter - Study the country's overall information . Population / Economy / Confectionary market, etc - Suggest potential countries to Marketing Section for sales - Co-operate finding information of potential countries - Set up the strategy of Sales activity 4. New Product Development - Suggest brand / flavor to develop to R&D - Checking Competitor's Price in the market - Geting feedback of New Products from Dealers - Sending 'Monthly News Letter' to Dealer to introduce new product - Hosting NPD meeting with Dealers 5. Planing - Making Report by request from Leaders - Manage Monthly Sales & OP for Direct countries - Set up Yearly NPD Plan - Annual AOP discussion with Dealers (A&P Cost) - KPI: set & review (1st half, 2nd half) 6. Other duties as assigned

Job requirements

- Graduated from University with major in Internation Business, Business Administration, Marketing or related majors; - Have 2-5 years of experience in Global Sales, Shipping Document or Global Marketing - Fluent in English - Humble, Modest, High sense of responsibility - Passionate for Traveling Foreign Countries & Meeting Foreigners - Good at Presentation & Negotiation skills - Good at Execl, Powerpoint & Presentation
