Job description

Employee Management • Lead and inspire the sales team representatives to achieve sales goals and effectiveness. • Provide guidance, training, and development to ensure the success and professional growth of the team. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to optimize team performance. Sales Management • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and contractors. • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share. • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to maximize profits and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Other Departments • Collaborate with the service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service. • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely production and delivery. • Communicate customer feedback and market information to relevant departments for product development and overall improvement. Reporting and Analysis • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance indicators for management review. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. • Use data-driven insights to develop sales strategies and drive continuous improvement. Other Responsibilities • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services. • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to maintain competitiveness. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop advertising materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Job requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields • Experience: Minimum 5 years of international business experience, with experience in the flooring or construction materials industry. • Language: Fluent in English with all 4 skills. • Knowledge: Import-export, distribution, construction materials industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking. • Willingness to travel as needed.
