- Administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.
- Analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.
- Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure sale of product and production capacity loading plan of the manufacturing for both short term and long-term plan.
- Design various strategic sales & marketing plans and implement effective international sales methods to meet sales targets in China, Asia- Pacific, Europe, America, and Africa or just any main markets/ territories as assigned
- Develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution agencies.
- Maintain and train in employees in all distribution channels.
- Supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management.
- Align with respective R&D teams for new product development and innovative initiatives to improve and strengthen competitiveness in the market.
- Manage everyday communication with all global dealers and detect issues and opportunities.
- Analyze and ensure implementation of all product orders in international zones.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports.
- Supervise competitors in specific market and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities
- Hire and select members and perform efficient safekeeping of growth-oriented plans for development.
- Teamwork (in coordination with other Sales Groups)

- Experience: 8-10 years in Food and Beverage Industry
- Computer: Good
- Foreign language: Fluent in English (4 skills)
- Required skills: international trading, negotiation, problem solving and decision making, team management
