1. Position Overview
The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving export sales of OEM instant coffee products across key global markets. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets through strategic business development and effective account management.
2. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in Europe, the USA, and Asia for OEM instant coffee products.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including distributors, brand owners, private label partners, and importers.
Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, pricing trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and product solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and long-term agreements that meet company objectives.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, QA/QC) to meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
Monitor sales performance, forecast future demand, and ensure accurate reporting.
Support customers during product development, sampling, and order execution.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Develop and execute export sales strategies for assigned markets.
Analyze sales results and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits to strengthen relationships and promote products.

3. Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of export, international sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, coffee, or OEM/ODM manufacturing.
Proven track record in developing international markets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of export procedures, international logistics, and global regulations related to food and beverage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Proficient in English (additional languages are an advantage).
