Junior International Sales position offers an exciting opportunity to represent Olam Agri in developing relationships with global partners and expanding our footprint in the international rice market. You will work exclusively with international clients and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, operations, and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute international sales strategies for Rice products.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients and distributors in target markets.
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipment teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in rice export.
• Strong understanding of global rice markets and trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience working with clients in Europe, Asia, USA, Canada, or the Middle East.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team environment.
