Support the team in preparing invoices, maintaining trade documentation, and handling routine administrative tasks. This role requires precision and consistency in document handling and data entry to ensure smooth trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, issue, and record invoices accurately; ensure data matches supporting documents and approvals.
• Manage contract paperwork and documentation - upload files, update trackers, and maintain clear, complete records in the designated storage platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect or clarify contract details when needed.
• Conduct light KYC wallet program checks and enter results into the Excel tracker as assigned.
• Generate simple reports and assist the Manager in monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Support other administrative and trade-related duties as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 1+ year of experience in administrative, operations, or documentation support (fresh graduates with strong attention to detail will be considered).
• Solid knowledge of Excel and file management systems.
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle repetitive documentation tasks accurately.
• Good English communication and coordination skills.
