Our official website: https://danieli.com.vn/vi/ This year, Danieli Vietnam is opening for Internship Program 2024 with following details: *** What you will be trained: Student will practice in ICT Office. Under Supervision of the ICT Manager or delegated IT technician staff, student will act like an ICT Support to do: 1. Basic end-user support to prevent customer service delays for basic technical issues of Hardware and Software. 2. Perform computer OS deployment, Mobile configuration follow company standards, rules. 3. Assist in the maintenance of IT standards and documentation. 4. Inventory technology equipment and software. 5. Monitor, review, troubleshoot network performance on regular basis. 6. Research and recommend solutions for technical problems. *** Knowledge you will gain: 1. The processes of ICT Service/Operation and its structure in WW level 2. Technical skill on IT Hardware and Software in Global architecture 3. English communication with Global team
