Inventory Control Staff - OEM products

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Make production plan and coordinate materials for production:

• Make monthly production plan according to finished goods inventory standard;

• Planning and ordering raw materials according to raw material inventory standards, timely adjusting to ensure enough raw materials for production;

• Control production reports and raw material inventory reports at OEMs.

2. Make delivery plan and managing stock in DCs

• Coordinate cargo and ensure safe stock in DCs, make delivery plan according to peak period;

• Forecast and evaluate high or low inventory situation to take timely measures to avoid shortages or high inventories, incurring costs.

3. Control all OEM-related work

• Control all daily OEM-related works, ensuring smooth operation;

• Making annual co-packing contract and appendix, making monthly co-packing expenses settlement;

• Making production budget/forecast, production cost budget/forecast OEM;

• Implement Rolling forecast COG OEM in system (SAC,…);

• Solve all production-related problems and product quality issues at OEM, delivery goods, return goods,...;

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely progress of production improvement activities, new production development plan,..

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields;

• Knowledge of supply chain management and quality assurance;

• Ability to communicate in English.
