- Responsible for overall stock quantity accuracy in stores and the main warehouse (physical and system)
- Control the whole processes of stock movement across channels.
- Take into account the related systems to work out with related departments for the systems issues to prevent and fix the errors that make stock discrepancy.
- Reports and discrepancies to HOD and related stakeholders.
- Works with the Store manager to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible theft.
- Works with Store manager and Warehouse manager to ensure that all stock on the stores and main warehouse is organized, properly stored, and in good condition.
- Prepare inventory reports monthly (aging, NED)
- Doing physical stock count (separated with finance stock count) frequently for both stores and the main warehouse

- Retail Industry Background with at least 2 years working experience related to Inventory.
- Exhibits ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices.
- Solid stakeholder management skill (both internal and external), demonstrated ability to work quickly, coordinate multiple work streams, and prioritize under deadlines among competing priorities.
- Possesses a keen eye for organization and strong organizational skills.
- Exhibits ability to interpret and explain related inventory reports.
- Advance of excel skills.
- Have a good teamwork capability
- Exhibits ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices.
