Investment Analyst

I/ JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Pre-feasibility/Feasibility Study for New Projects

- Conduct Feasibility studies (FS) for new projects.

- Develop budget and cash flow tracking tables.

- Analyze and propose optimal investment plans.

- Construct feasibility study portfolio: slides, reports, …

- Support investment appraisal, M&A activities, and valuation process.

2. Partnership and Investor Relations Support

- Set up and manage Data rooms for investors.

- Prepare investor pitch decks.

- Assist in other partnership-related activities (conferences, workshops, …).

3.Capital & Financing Support

- Assist in analysis and reporting of capital needs and funding sources.

- Assist in preparing financing application documentation for real estate projects

- Perform post-financing tasks (disbursement documents, disbursement tracking, …)

- Monitor compliance with credit conditions and prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports.

4. Other Duties

- Update new legal documents, policies, and regulations related to the job, and promptly report relevant changes to the finance department and other departments.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

II/ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

- Knowledge of corporate finance and management accounting; understanding of project implementation processes.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a Real Estate Developer or corporate credit department in banking sector (preferably working with real estate clients).

- Strong proficiency in office software, especially advanced Microsoft Excel; good PowerPoint and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Honest, trustworthy, ethical, careful, and responsible.

- Proactive, positive, disciplined, and highly committed to work.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Good communication skills.

- Proficient in English.
