Line of reporting: to Investment Manager
1. Perform investment analysis on C&I rooftop solar projects from the development stage
2. Prepare for investment financial close for C&I rooftop solar projects
3. Follow with the investment execution of C&I rooftop solar projects from the financial close throughout construction periods and until COD
4. Perform post-COD investment analysis and follow with project performance
5. Prepare materials for meetings with Investment Committee, support to keep track of the projects portfolio, plan cash flows for investment opportunities, synthesize the portfolio performance and returns
6. Review project legal, technical documents needed for investment decision-making, ensure the projects are developed in line with investment mandate and guidelines
7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, developers, EPC contractors, advisors involving in the C&I rooftop business
8. Conduct market research and legal update on the industry
9. Any other investment related duties as may be assigned by investment managers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3-year experience in investment-related position
- Experience in infrastructure projects, renewable energy is a plus
- Strong financial model skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English & Vietnamese
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Competent, punctual, honest, diligent, independent
