Investment Analyst Team Lead

As an Investment Analyst Team Lead, you will play a key role in evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, and structured finance. You will leverage financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment to drive investment decisions and optimize portfolio performance.

The Impact You’ll Make in This Role

- Meticulously evaluate investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, and structured finance, conducting in-depth financial modeling (DCF, IRR, LBO), valuation analysis, and due diligence to assess market trends and risk-adjusted returns.

- Develop structured investment models, SPV-based capital structures, and GP/LP frameworks to align investor incentives, optimize fund management revenue, and enhance liquidity through co-investment rights, revenue-sharing models, and secondary market syndication.

- Structure and execute deal financing strategies, including acquisition pipelines, capital allocation models, and exit planning to ensure optimized liquidity events, tax efficiency, and long-term investor value creation.

- Monitor and enhance portfolio performance by tracking financial KPIs, optimizing risk exposure, and refining fund strategies through multi-week financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital deployment planning.

- Prepare investor presentations, deal memos, and strategic reports for institutional investors, hedge funds, and private lenders, ensuring transparency and alignment in structured equity and credit deals.

- Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional tax structuring, regulatory frameworks, and fund governance to support efficient investment execution across diverse geographies.

- Leverage AI-driven analytics and data-backed decision-making in fund deployment.

- Develop automated dashboards, tracking tools, and structured investor presentations to support real-time portfolio monitoring and institutional reporting.

- Collaborate closely with the product development team to significantly enhance investment methodologies and platform functionality with your insightful and constructive feedback.

- Work in perfect harmony with Investment Managers and Stakeholders, fostering effective communication and strategic alignment for seamless deal execution and portfolio management.

- Actively track portfolio companies’ financial health and strategic milestones, conducting performance reviews and risk assessments to mitigate downside risks and optimize returns.

- Continuously monitor market and industry indicators, deal market developments, and emerging investment trends to fuel strategic decision-making and ensure our firm remains ahead in the markets.

What You’ll Need to Maximize Impact in This Role

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Investment, or a related field. An MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.

- At least five years of experience in venture capital, private credit, investment banking, growth equity, or a related field, with a focus on deal execution, due diligence, and investment structuring.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Proficiency in financial modeling, including valuation techniques (DCF, IRR etc.) and forecasting methodologies.

- Strong understanding of investment structures, including equity financing, debt structuring, GP/LP models, and hybrid capital solutions.

- Ability to develop investor-aligned term sheets, deal structuring frameworks, and automated reporting tools for portfolio risk monitoring and investor presentations.

- Familiarity with investment regulations, deal structuring legalities, and compliance requirements in global private equity and venture capital markets.

- Ability to conduct complex financial analysis, identify investment risks and opportunities, and synthesize insights into strategic investment recommendations.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting investment materials, presenting to stakeholders, and leading deal discussions.

- Strong command of Excel, Google Suite, financial modeling tools and data analytics software.
