Investment
• Analyze both current and anticipated market trends in local and international real estate markets and benchmark against current product offerings (local and international); Research market information otherwise not available on desktop.
• Identify deficiencies in local market product offerings and identify potential implementation strategies.
• Provide technical support and risk assessment on principal transactions and complex cross-border transactions.
• Create real estate financial model.
• Write report & pitch deals to Investment Committee.
• Develop investment tools that help with improve work efficiency.
• Deal sourcing.
Asset Management
• Research accommodation rental market and analyze operating margins.
• Build, monitor and manage annual budget.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Having minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably some experience in private equity fund or investment experience in hospitality projects.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid financial modeling skills.
• Accuracy of reports and records.
• Good communication in English skills.
• Having minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably some experience in private equity fund or investment experience in hospitality projects.
