Mô Tả Công Việc
- Participate in Corporate Finance Consulting projects.
- Contacting, collecting, analyzing information, meeting customers to introduce consulting services, and implementing consulting documents for customers on the operations:
+ Advising on securities offering services (including equity and bond)
+ Advising on business valuation.
+ Advising on listing and trading registration on the Stock Exchange.
+ IPO, enterprise transformation consultant.
+ Advising on capital restructuring
+ Advising on legal compliance issues for public and listed companies.
- Project documentation:
+ Actively implement projects.
+ Ensuring the quality of service provided to customers:
+ Proactively handle problems that arise with customers and work with authorities.
+ Discuss and propose solutions to problems in the project implementation process with the Division Director.
+ Review all documents and records before sending them to customers.
+ Track and manage the progress of acceptance/liquidation/service contract fee payment.
- Perform other duties at the request of the Board of Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University, majoring in banking and finance, accounting, auditing, or other related majors.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking.
- Priority in securities practice certificates, financial analysis, and fund management.
- Strong knowledge of the regulation related to securities.
- Having Securities Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
- English is an advantage.
