Investment Banking Manager (01 Headcount)/ Assistant Manager (01 Headcounts)

Department: Investment Banking (Debt Capital Market)

Report to: Director of Investment Banking Division

Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure, and execute debt capital raising transactions

• Pitch, negotiate and win new transactions and advise clients on optimal financing strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to explore opportunities

• Assess underwriting and conduct investments in debt transactions

• Build and manage relationships with investors to provide suitable debt products

• Monitor and analyze debt capital markets and transactions to assess performance and trends

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives

• Education: Graduated from a top-tier university or international institution, majoring in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Accounting.

• Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.

• Experience: More than 03 years of experience for Assistant Manager/ More than 05 years of experience for Manager in investment banking, asset management, deal advisory, or related fields, with a strong track record of successful deals.

• Knowledge: Candidates with understanding of capital raising transactions, procedures and legal framework with a focus on Debt Capital Market is a plus

• Skills:

o Strong ability to work independently in client acquisition and relationship management.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

o Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
