Investment Interns

- We are currently seeking a Investment Interns to join our company in our HCM City office.

The Investment Intern will be instrumental in key aspects of the real estate investment process:

Scope of work as follows:

• Execution

• Market research and build database

• Perform due diligence on the project

• Build detailed financial models/cash flows analysis

• Research comparable products/rates/valuation

• Help draft term sheets, presentations and investment memos

Education background:

- 4th year University student or recent University graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate Valuation or related field

Experience:

- Fresh graduate with major in real estate welcome

Requirements:

- Passionate about real estate investment/development, a must

- Good command of English and Vietnamese (verbal and written), a must

- High achiever; ability to work long hours and under pressure, and team player- a must
