Investment Manager

1. Job description: - Build, manage and update financial models. - Asset valuation for financial reporting, loans and transactions. - Coordinate in the implementation of capital mobilization transactions. - Implement post-transaction procedures, control compliance with financial/legal commitments. - Coordinate in the implementation of activities to maintain and develop relationships with shareholders, board members and investors/analysts. - Other tasks as assigned 2. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualifications in Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Business Administrations or relevant majors. - Over 5 years of experience at similar position in investment company/ investment fund/ investment department of securities company; Or have worked in valuation consulting and business appraisal departments at Big 4 in a Management position. - Good English proficiency. - Have knowledge in Project Investment; Real estate investment law; Enterprise Law; Housing law; Land law and documents related to Investment/ Commerce/ Mergers & Acquisitions/ Business/ Construction is a plus. - Positive thinking; Good presentation, communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. - Good analyzing, synthesizing reporting skills; high sense of responsibility. - High proficiency in office information technology, especially Financial Modeling with Excel. Ability to work with SAP software is a plus
