Investment Manager

The Investment Manager plays a key role in driving strategic expansion initiatives, including M&A, investments, joint ventures, fundraising, and new business incubation. This role works closely with C-level executives and the Board of Directors to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and execute transactions aligned with OnPoint’s long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & M&A

• Identify, screen, and evaluate potential M&A, partnership, and investment opportunities.

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, market research, and due diligence.

• Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and deal structuring materials for Management and Board approval.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations) throughout deal execution and post-merger integration.

Investor Relations

• Support communication with existing and potential investors.

• Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, performance updates, Board reports, and investment memos.

• Track and report financial and business performance to investors and the Board.

• Support governance processes and manage investor expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or CFA is a plus.

• 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, or Strategy.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end investment or M&A transactions.

• Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis.

• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and business judgment.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
