• Identify new investment opportunities by establishing relationships with business partners, sourcing, monitoring potential projects (residential, commercial, logistics) in VN for Industrial/Logistics and Commercial investment/development:
① Leading feasibility study on potential deals including conducting extensive market research and due diligence on the potential projects
② Preparing comprehensive business plans (including financial analysis)
③ Conducting analysis and revising the feasibility study to be consistent with the latest development plan and schedule during the development reviewing of issues related to project legal, corporate legal of potential
projects
• Enhance policies, process, reports & provide consultation from business development point of view:
① Develop & maintain the information, document system (key economic status / outlook, industrial park trends & key factors, business growth opportunities) to consult and prepare the investment decisions
② Discussing and finalizing the deal contract/agreement with business partners to secure the investment opportunities

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business Management/Finance & Banking or similar fields
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Investment/development, preferably in real estate/logistics/development fields (Experience in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate is an advantage)
• Good command of English
• Good understanding of the Real estate industry and its regulations, especially in the Industrial/Logistics and Commercial Real Estate industry
• Has strong network in the industry (real estate, finance, banking etc.) is a plus
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Investment/development, preferably in real estate/logistics/development fields (Experience in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate is an advantage)
• Good command of English
