An Investment Portfolio Manager, together with other members in the Strategy & Development Department, is responsible for providing consultancy to Chairman in the company’s investment and M&A projects. The ideal person for the job will be the one with a sharp mind and a passionate manner, who can demonstrate outstanding sensibility to the market trends.
• Source and analyze potential investment opportunities available in the market in accordance with the company criteria, external and internal regulations;
• Create investment portfolio frame, prepare investment proposals;
• Calculate, monitor, and forecast expected return of all investment and M&A projects;
• Closely monitor liquidity and amount of cash received for the Company’s investments and maintain the cash at the Company’s target level;
• Monitor investment risks of the portfolio;
• Execute investment transactions as approved by authorities;
• Monitor third parties’ performance and raising awareness if there’s any concern;
• Monitor investment portfolios’ performance with action plan recommendations;
• Investment return KPI;
• Carry out periodically investment reports;
• Co-ordinate with other departments (actuarial, finance, accounting, business development, etc. …) to complete reporting requirements;
• Raise capital and run internal start-up projects;
• Facilitate the purchase or consolidation of companies from inception to the final merger
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Chairman.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Essential:
• 3+ years’ experience in similar roles (investment, M&A)
• Intentional and rational thought process that focuses on the analysis of critical factors and variables
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Outstanding sensibility to market trends
• Result oriented
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving
Desirable (Good to have):
• Experience working in investment funds, venture capital funds, or start-up is a plus
• Having CFA or ACCA
• Good understanding about IT industry
