Investor Relations Manager

Job requirements:

• Organise Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

• Organise quarterly and yearly results briefing, such as investor presentation, FAQ transcript and other relevant communication materials

• Organise and plan investor outreach including site tours, conferences roadshows and networking events

• Coordinate and support the annual report and sustainability report production process, including engagement of external consultants and internal departments to provide required information

• Ensure compliance with listing regulations, information disclosure and corporate governance regulations

• Curate content to enhance the company’s profiling and branding through IR website

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, research analysts and investment community

• Monitor analyst reports, industry news and provide market intelligence to management

• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Experience/Qualification:

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in investor relations or related fields with a listed company

• Familiar with Listing Regulations, Enterprise Law and Company Charter

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or related discipline

• Strong in writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
