Mô Tả Công Việc

In this role, you will:
• Serve as a senior multinationals relationship manager in Vietnam, a country which continues to be a shining star within ASEAN and beyond with quality FDI investments flows, growing market opportunities across the key sectors and an opportunity to work with young and dynamic work force. Mandate to serve as a frontline relationship manager for multinational corporations to support their treasury needs with tailored banking solutions and trusted advisory enabling and contributing to wider growth of Vietnam. Opening up a world of opportunities to the multinational customers investing or operating in Vietnam.
• Growing and managing a complex portfolio of borrowing and high value non-borrowing customers in Vietnam with strategic initiatives.
• Deepening existing relationships and monitoring the credit risk associated with the portfolio, within the operating and strategic plans and in accordance with credit guidelines.
• Deep diving and originating business opportunities with new to bank multinationals through aggressive cold calls and strategic approach.
• Managing all of the Financial crime and operational risks associated with the portfolio and complying with all local and group guidelines/ policies.
• Acting as a role model to junior Relationship Managers and Relationship Manager Supports. Senior RMs will handle the largest portfolios and be expected to generate new business for the bank. They will also be expected to coach and support junior RMs and RM Support and to share their experience for the good of the team.
• Being open, connected and collaborative with client’s, both in Vietnam and overseas including with the Regional Treasury Centers and Head Offices, and with colleagues inside the HSBC group and with other important stakeholders.
• Deliver best in class service to multinational corporations, including seemless account opening process, credit approval process etc.
• Maintain regular contact with the Global Relationship Banker (GRB) and Regional Relationship Banker (RRB) and ensure they are kept updated of activity.
• Ensure that the GRB and their clients local and international profile is correctly reflected in HORIS and Client Vision
• Identify potential business opportunities in the existing portfolio and advise GRB and other stakeholders, i.e. product partners.
• Identify ways to grow the subisidary relationship.
• Develop in depth knowledge in industries that will contribute to long term growth and profitability.
• Generate cross country referrals facilitated via Global Links and local or overseas International Banking Centre (IBC), whichever is appropriate.
• Generate referrals for other Global Businesses, e.g. Global Banking & Markets (GBM), Global Trade & Receivables Finance (GTRF), Payment and Cash Management (GLCM), Retail Banking and Wealth Management (WPB), as appropriate.
• Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.
• Establish an effective working relationship with GRBs and ensure they provide the required service.
• Ensure a quality service for all customers by owning customer engagement, ensuring service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer, prospect or professional’s interaction with HSBC.
• Help the customer to draw on the HSBC group network by working closely with other GB/CMB countries and product groups (GTRF, GLCM and GBM).
• Ensure early identification of customer problems and take action where there are potential and existing problem accounts to protect HSBC interests.
• Be an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank’s profile in the local ‘International Business’ community.
• Work in partnership with colleagues across the HSBC network to deliver exceptional standards and quality of service
• Ensure fairness in all aspects of strategy, product design & delivery, customer literature & correspondence, financial promotions, administration and complaint handling.
• Participate in internal and external business events, road shows and seminars as required by the business.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years of managerial and Global Banking and Commercial Banking experience with exposure to business development and marketing of corporate products and services. Plus: experiences in running banking business corridors with Korean, Japanese or Chinese or Taiwanese customers.
• Must be equipped with strategic mindset to initiate and run delivery oriented business initiatives.
• Ability to go beyond one's portfolio of customers and contribute to the business drive of the wider team, taking ownership of important initiatives, mobilizing stakeholder support, being a senior sponsor on behalf of the junior and peer relationship managers.
• Determination, self driven motivation and strategic mindset in driving the multinationals corridor business.
• Competency with generic and structured product knowledge, origination, delivery and sales pitching
• Adept and capable in delivery of strategic discussions with senior customers. Core competency in articulative communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skill sets to work with both internal external stakeholders.
• Practical experience and attendance of relevant training courses.
• Familiarity with various computer systems/applications software in the front office.
• Ability to communicate, identify and analyse customer requirements, provide and sell need-based solutions to customers effectively.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Plus: Korean, Japanese or Mandarin speaking.
