Mô tả công việc

Core responsibilities:

• Update the current and newly introduced ISO (9001,14001 & 45001) Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental manual, policy & department procedures in English and Vietnam language.

• Maintain all 3 ISO Management systems ISO policies, documents, records, internal & external audit reports, NCRs, and procedures.

• Follow up the NCR & Corrective action with the concerned department raised by external and internal auditors, Fire police & Government entity.

• Understand the local HSE (ISO 14K & 45K requirements from Governments) and update the procedures & policy accordingly in English and Vietnam language.

• Schedule the Management Review meeting yearly.

Yêu cầu công việc

***Job requirements:

• University graduation.

• Female preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in similar position.

• Candidates with prior experience in pre-engineered steel building companies are preferred

• Good knowledge about ISO (9001,14001 & 45001) ASIC, EN3834 & EN 1090

• Good at Microsoft Office

• Good English communication.

• Priority to candidates living in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

***Working location:

Successful candidate will work at ZSV’s Factory, from Mon_ Fri (two Saturdays off per month), addressed at Road 241-216, Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

***Benefits:

• Salary package: Min 13 mil (open for negotiation based on candidates’ experiences and qualification)

• 100% pay during probation time

• Commuting bus from HCM to factory; canteen to serve lunch.
