Responsibilities
+ Understand Supply Chain business, especially Transport operations to provide excellent IT service delivery to business
+ Participate in TMS setup, system testing, user training, UAT support and other deliverables of TMS deployment projects.
+ Support daily TMS related issues & user queries, so that Operation can use TMS properly and effectively
+ Drive TMS usage KPI through reporting and process improvement
+ Support system change request, and coordinate with requester to implement per Change Management process
+ Explore new system functionalities and new technologies(RPA, PowerBI, etc.) in order to support Transport Digitalization

Expected Educational Qualifications
+Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Logistics or related disciplines
Expected years of experience
+Minimum 3 years of experiences with MNC in IT industry- either as System Analyst or IT Support or Product Owner
+Experience in the Supply Chain Industry and/or Transport operations is preferred.
Competencies
+Basic network system knowledge
+Logical thinking with good programming skills in C#, VB.NET, SQL queries
+MS Project, MS Visio skills
+Familiarity with various MIS – ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, etc.
+Project management skills, as a Project Leader or a Project Manager
+Experience in implementing MIS
+Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking when needed
+Enthusiasm and Carefulness, to be right at first-time
+Innovative Mindset, able to take initiative in process improvement, system enhancement
+Flexibility & Reliability - minimal supervision required
+Good command of English
+Strong communication skills both written and verbal
