IT Assistant Manager

1. Information Security (ISMS)

• Develop and implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance to headquarter.

• Ensure the security of data, network systems, and IT infrastructure against cybersecurity threats.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve information security policies and procedures.

• Organize regular training for employees on cybersecurity awareness and compliance with security regulations.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to handle security incidents, investigate, and mitigate risks.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to information security and data protection.

2. Innovation and Cost Optimization

• Propose and implement new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

• Research and apply advanced technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, etc.) to improve business processes.

• Analyze and evaluate existing IT solutions, proposing methods to optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.

• Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective investments in hardware, software, and services.

• Foster a culture of innovation within the IT team, encouraging creative ideas and experimentation with new technologies.

3. Team and IT System Management

• Lead and manage the IT team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and develop professional skills.

• Oversee the operation of IT systems, including networks, servers, databases, and internal applications.

• Ensure IT systems operate stably, meet business needs, and are scalable.

• Collaborate with IT service providers to ensure the quality and efficiency of outsourced solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.

• In-depth knowledge of information security, ISMS standards (ISO 27001), and risk management.

• Strong leadership, project management, and teamwork skills.

• Creative thinking, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with other departments and report directly to BOD.

• Fluent in English or Japanese
