IT Business Analyst (Banking - Finance Experience)

Responsibilities • Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization for IT Projects (feasibility study, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis) • Develop plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase • Understand, analyze, prioritize, and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes • Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solution or workaround • Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc. • Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts, and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g., development team, test team, and infrastructure team • Perform functional testing, when assigned • Manage requirements throughout the life cycle including change requests • Manage functional issue(s) and risk(s) • Develop plan and approach for business deployment including training • Develop training materials and conduct the training (train the trainer)

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Banking, Engineering or related fields • 4+ years of experience in Banking or Finance • Experience Software Development particularly Mobile Application development • Proficient in Requirement Gathering, Communication, Negotiation, Prioritize Requirement, Project Management, Analysis & Design, Deliver Document Specification • Knowledge of IT software such as SQL Command Tools, Draw.IO, Figma, Postman • Proficient in English and Vietnamese (writing and speaking) Why KBTG Vietnam? • Hybrid working environment • 13th month salary & Performance bonus • 15 days Annual Leaves • Life Insurance, Health Insurance • Annual FLEX benefit package • Annual health check-up • Training and Development Programs: Udemy, Coursera, internal and external courses • Annual company trip
