Mô Tả Công Việc
o Working closely with key users, leveraging CRM/eCommerce functionality to business operation.
o Play a key role in the successful implementation of CRM/ eCommerce, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on CRM/eCommerce products to users.
o Analyze business requirements & processes, work with vendor to provide solutions to their business issues
o Provide system support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues

o Experience managing support for a particular work stream (Sales, eCommerce, Marketing…)
o Good understanding of the business processes, capturing requirements
o Experience with project and process management (analysis, design, development, implementation and change management…)
o Strong communication in English
